Background

On December 12, 2017, the Board received an update regarding the Health Services Agency laboratory relocation project for purposes of expanding the medical exam rooms at 1080 Emeline.  Part of that update was a partnership with the University of California Santa Cruz for use of lab space available at the Sinsheimer labs that would be suitable for the public health lab.  This item is to ratify the lease agreement for the space for a term of one-year.
