Recommended Action(s):

Defer an update on the Santa Cruz County Performance Measurement Initiative to April 2021.

Executive Summary

Performance measurement continues to be a priority at the County. The COVID-19 dashboard developed by the Health Services Agency is an excellent example of the County's commitment to transparency and equity. The County is currently working on a similar dashboard for fire recovery. At this time, staff resources are dedicated to responding to these efforts, and work developing new data projects is temporarily stopped. Staff recommends deferring the update on this work to April 2021.
